Summary of Specifications:
The purpose of this RFP is to obtain competitive proposals from qualified firms, interested in providing CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT/GENERAL CONTRACTOR (CM/GC) services for the proposed Sheriff’s Office Detention/Booking Area Remodel which includes 4,000 square foot remodel of existing Detention Facility. The project is located at 215 Rice Street, Grand Junction, CO.. Design is scheduled to complete by the end of 2012 with construction being performed during the first part of 2013 (reference the attached preliminary Project Schedule).
