The City of Grand Junction, Colorado is soliciting competitive bids from qualified and interested companies for all labor, equipment, and materials required to Remove and Replace the Flat Roof Sections over the Pro Shop and the North Wing, Kitchen area, of the Lincoln Park Clubhouse building. All dimensions and scope of work should be verified by Contractors prior to submission of bids.
Pre-Bid Meeting: It is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED prospective bidders attend a pre-bid meeting on May 5, 2020 at 10:00 A.M. Meeting location shall be in the Lincoln Park Clubhouse, located at 1240 Gunnison, Grand Junction, CO. The purpose of this visit will be to inspect and to clarify the contents of this Invitation for Bids (IFB).
