Summary of Specifications:
The City of Grand Junction is requesting competitive pricing to supply all labor, material, and equipment necessary to perform all operations for the application of an asphalt rejuvenating agent to asphaltic concrete surface courses. The rejuvenation of surface courses shall be by spray application of a cationic rejuvenating agent composed of petroleum oils and resins emulsified with water. All work shall be in accordance with the specifications, the applicable drawings, and subject to the terms and conditions of the contract. The area to be rejuvenated is approximately 229,000 SY.
