The City of Grand Junction is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to perform a Persigo Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) SCADA Upgrade Design. This Design will document Persigo WWTP SCADA system current state, desired future state and recommended steps to achieve the desired future state. The service area that the Persigo WWTP serves is continuing to experience growth and as a result the Persigo WWTP SCADA system needs to be updated to account for this growth and for upgrading cyber and physical security.
