Summary of Specifications:

The City of Grand Junction is soliciting competitive bids from qualified and interested companies for all labor, equipment, and materials required to complete the White Hall Abatement and Demolition Project. All dimensions and scope of work should be verified by Contractors prior to submission of bids.

The successful bidder will receive a complete Asbestos Abatement Project Design with elements as shown in this bid document. The Project Design may be modified from the format shown based on post award discussions between the Owner, Contractor, and CDPHE.
