Reconstruction of 10th Avenue is needed between 6th Street and 8th Street to maintain continuity of intersections, sidewalks and the street section with the adjacent hotel site work. Also, part of the UCCC and senior center renovations include new landscaping and modifications to the exterior of the building and adjacent interior site including ADA improvements, stormwater, grading, lighting and other access improvements. 10th avenue improvements design will accommodate proposed exterior Senior Center renovations in conjunction with accommodating site changes due to hotel work.
