The City of Greeley is soliciting competitive sealed proposals from qualified firms to provide professional real estate appraisals of properties for land acquisition purposes for the City’s 10th Street Access Control Project - Phase 2. There are 50+/- parcels that need to be appraised and acquired. Nearly all will be partial takes for additional right of way (ROW).
