The project goals are to assess the current disinfection practices at the WTPs, determine necessary and cost effective improvements needed to satisfy the requirements of surface water treatment rule and verify log inactivation and treatments credits as required by surface water treatment regulations by the Water Quality Control Division of Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment.
