The City of Greeley (Owner) is seeking request for proposals (RFP) for the Boomerang Links Golf Course Realignment and Non-Potable System (Project) and invites interested Contractors to submit Proposals. The Proposal responses shall meet the requirements set forth in this RFP. As a part of the RFP, Minimum Qualification Requirements have been established and are defined in Attachment G. The Project is to be designed and constructed in two phases using the Construction Manager-At-Risk (CMAR) delivery method.
