Description

The City of Greeley (City) is soliciting proposals from qualified consulting firms to provide services to
support the City Manager’s Office and Human Resources Department for a compensation and
classification study. The purpose of this project is to create a classification and compensation plan
design that supports the City’s initiative of being an employer of choice.
These efforts will help to establish the organizational practices and expectations that create a culture
rooted in Applied Wisdom, Excellence, Accountability, Stewardship, Principled Relationships and
Integrity, the core principles of the City.
