F25-01-010 - Development Impact Fee Study

The City of Greeley is requesting proposals from qualified consultants with a proven record in development impact fees studies to conduct a comprehensive review of the City’s development code and perform a Development Impact Fee Study (hereinafter “Project”). The City is seeking to retain a qualified professional firm with substantial experience in preparing development impact fee nexus studies for infrastructure improvements including parks and trails, public facilities, storm drainage, and transportation infrastructure. The Study would be used to assess a variety of development impact fees on new development to assist in mitigating City-wide impacts on public improvements, public services, and community amenities. The selected consultant will analyze our current development regulations, assess infrastructure needs, and recommend an equitable distribution of construction responsibilities between developers and the city.
