The goal of this project is to reduce crime and enhance appearance through cleanliness and activation through improved containers and management. The City of Greeley applied for and received a Crime Prevention through Safe Streets Grant to enhance safety in the 9th Street Alley. The project will focus on the alley between 8th Avenue and 9th Avenue and 8th Street and 9th Street, approximately a tenth of a mile.
