Summary of Specifications:
This Work consists of sanitary sewer pipeline rehabilitation to Elder Garden Adult Day Care in Greeley, CO. The projects consists of the removal and disposal of approximately 471 SY of asphalt pavement, 72 SF of concrete pan, 413 SF of concrete slab, 8 trees, remove and reset 95 LF of fence and other miscellaneous items. New construction will consist of 266 LF of 8” PVC SDR 35 pipe, 3-4’ DIA. Manholes, 471 SY of 5 ½” asphalt pavement, 123 LF concrete vertical curb and gutter and other miscellaneous items required for construction.
