IFB-FL14-02-027-R - ISLAND GROVE WELL CONSTRUCTION

Summary of Specifications:
This Work consists of the drilling, construction, development, and aquifer testing of two irrigation wells at the Island Grove Regional Park located at 501 N. 14th Avenue in the City of Greeley, Colorado. All equipment, materials, including bits shall be clean, new and disinfected prior to access to the site. The Contractor shall also be responsible for furnishing all labor and materials required to plug and abandon the three existing irrigation wells and four existing monitoring wells as set forth in the Bid Schedule. If the Owner approves the alternative to the Base Bid, the Contractor shall also provide and install the requisite pumping equipment.
