Summary of Specifications:
The City of Greeley owns and occupies a number of buildings within the downtown area that are used for a variety of municipal purposes ranging from city administrative offices, municipal court, Council chambers and City Hall, to recreational and performance venues, and fire services. As City office services have grown, housing of these more administrative functions has been spread into different buildings within the central business district, which also serves as a governmental center for Weld County’s judicial services and the School District. 

The Downtown is currently enjoying significant redevelopment activity and interest and, in cooperation with the City, is exploring a number of reinvestment opportunities. A combination of factors offers an interesting opportunity at present to re-assess City Administrative office needs and support substantial Downtown redevelopment.
