The City of Greeley is requesting proposals from qualified and experienced firms for Real Estate Broker Services. The selected firm will support the work of the City’s Real Estate Management Division which is responsible for managing the due diligence, acquisition, inventory, assessment, encumbrance, and disposition of City real estate and City-owned oil and gas interests in support of the City of Greeley’s goals and work plans. The selected firms may be qualified to perform all types of assignments as described in the Scope of Services, or may specialize in certain types of assignments as described in the Scope of Services.
