Summary of Specifications:
Vendors will remove existing system (3 tab asphalt shingle) to the deck, replace decking if needed. Install new #30 roofing felt and a lifetime rated fiberglass reinforced asphalt dimensional shingle complete with ridge shingles. Install ice and water shield at eave edge and at the valleys, install new edge metal, install new roof jacks, and vents.
