Summary of Specifications:
This Project will be bid as a SECTION 3 project see attached for more information. The proposed Work consists of removal of approximately 400 LF of curb and gutter, construction of about 1000 LF of new curb and gutter, removal of about 240 SY of concrete flatwork, placement of about 1200 SY of new concrete sidewalk, driveways, and/or alley aprons, construction of seven access ramps, and any and all other miscellaneous items incidental to the work.
