Summary of Specifications:
The purpose of this project is to replace the roofs on the Fire Station (approximately 735 sq. ft.) & Print Shop (approximately 408 sq. ft.) located at Centennial Village, 1475 “A” Street, Greeley, CO 80631. Material used for this project will be Snaplock (24 Ga. x 16” wide) Standing Seam Roofing. Color to be determined after bid award. Flashing to be secured to three sides of block structure and sealed. The Fire Station & Print Shop are each two story 1920’s style structures. The current roofs are of composition material. This composite material has some hail damage and does show signs of water leakage.
