F22-11-101 - State Lobbying Services

The City of Greeley is looking for a contract lobbyist(s) through the year 2023, with the option to extend thereafter. The firm(s) awarded will have continuous presence at the Colorado Capitol. The City of Greeley is seeking proposals for state lobbying services from firms with extensive experience advocating before the Colorado State Legislature and with an anticipated fulltime presence at the Colorado State Capitol during the 2023 legislative session.

In addition to being well-versed in municipal and local government policies and operations, it is imperative that the contracted lobbyist has long-standing relationships and extensive experience the arena of Colorado water issues. That being said, the contracted firm will have the ability to sub-contract in areas of special interest as necessary with the explicit written consent of the City.
