RFP-FL09-06-148 - Vending Machine Services

Summary of Specifications:
The City of Greeley Leisure Services Department is seeking to enter into a maximum ten (10) year agreement which will provide the selected vendor: To be the sole supplier and such products to be sold as the exclusive snack product provider at or in all the listed City of Greeley venues, or any additional future City venues mutually agreed upon throughout the term of the Agreement. Not authorized to be vended is carbonated soft drinks and below listed products in the following categories: Tea Juice Water Isotonic Cold Coffee Vend products may include chips, candy, cookies, and other common snacks but may not include gum, or products currently offered by the authorized food court operators in the FunPlex and Ice Haus unless written authority is granted by the City.
