The City of Greeley Water Pollution Control Facility (WPCF) is a large, advanced secondary wastewater treatment plant located at 300 East 8th Street in Greeley, Colorado. The WPCF has aging Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) equipment located at the Headworks, Dewatering, and Blower Buildings. The HVAC equipment in the Headworks and Dewatering Buildings is nearly 20 years old. The project goal is to replace these old HVAC units with more reliable and energy-efficient equipment and add upgrades to the Blower building.
