Notice is hereby given that the City of Lakewood, Colorado will receive sealed bids for Bid #2486 for:
14TH AVENUE SIDEWALK PROJECT FOR THE PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT IN ACCORDANCE WITH CITY SPECIFICATIONS. PROJECT IS FEDERALLY FUNDED AND FEDERAL REPORTING REQUIREMENTS APPLY. ESTIMATE QUANTITIES OF THE MAJOR ITEMS OF WORK ARE AS FOLLOWS:

A pre-bid conference will be held on August 18, 2004, at 10:00 A.M., in the Finance Conference Room, 1st Floor, Civic Center South, 480 S. Allison Parkway, Lakewood, Colorado.
Bids will be received at the Finance Department Front Desk, 1st Floor, Civic Center South, 480 S. Allison Parkway, Lakewood, Colorado 80226, until 10:00 A.M., (MDT) (our clock) on August 31, 2004. Bids will not be accepted after the specified hour and date of bid opening. Bids which are not prepared and filed in accordance with the Instruction to Bidders will be rejected.
Persons having questions concerning the bid will contact Mary Barnard, telephone 303-987-7672. Specifications and drawings may be obtained from the Finance Department Front Desk, 1st floor, Civic Center South, 480 S. Allison Parkway, Lakewood, Colorado, after August 9, 2004.
Specifications and drawings may be purchased at a non-refundable cost of $25.00.
The estimate for this project is within $100,000-150,000.
The City reserves the right to waive any informality and/or to reject any or all proposals in part or in whole.
