ITB-4058 - 870 Parfet Roof Replacement

This project will remove and replace the roofing and roof insulation to the underlying structural members of the City of Lakewood Storage Building located at 870 Parfet Street. Work includes removal of approximately 32,000 SF of existing ballasted and built-up roofing and insulation on a twin tee concrete structure (circa 1977), installation of a new fully adhered EPDM roofing and insulation system over the area removed, and all necessary flashing and drainage repairs, as shown on drawings and specified in accordance with the specifications and drawings. Work includes protection of materials stored inside of the building.
Project is to be completed within sixty (60) calendar days from the date of Notice to Proceed.
