Summary of Specifications:
This project consists of repairing eight roofs and replacing nine roofs of seventeen structures located in Bear Creek Lake Park. The structures vary in size from the 10,000 sf Visitor Center to the 80 SF restroom structures. Roofs are asphalt shingle or metal. Repairs to be made in accordance with plans and specifications. Project is to be completed within forty-five (45) calendar days from the date of Notice to Proceed.
