RFP-3579 - Carmody Park Master Plan

Summary of Specifications:
The City of Lakewood, Department of Community Resources is requesting proposals from qualified landscape architectural, or planning consultants to provide the following services: Master Site Planning, phasing plan, and cost estimates for the redevelopment / development of Carmody Park. The City desires to complete the planning processes by the end of December 2013. Proposals will be accepted until 2:00 P.M. (City clock), June 20, 2013 at which time an evaluation period will occur and the final consultant selection shall be completed July, 2013. Public meetings and the planning process will start as soon as contracts are signed.
