Summary of Specifications:
The City of Lakewood, Colorado, will receive sealed Bids for the construction of 2009 Chipsealing Program until May 7, 2009 at 10:00 a.m., at the Finance Department Front Desk Lakewood Civic Center, South Building at 480 S. Allison Parkway, Lakewood, Colorado 80226 which time they shall be publicly opened and read aloud in the Finance Conference Room, 1st Floor, 480 South Allison Parkway, Lakewood, Colorado.
Bids received after the above specified date and time of bid opening and Bids not prepared and filed in accordance with the "Instruction to Bidders" will be rejected.
Bids are required for the entire work described in the Engineer's Estimate. The estimated quantities of the major items of work are as follows:

Contract Documents, including Plans, Special Provisions, and Instructions to Bidders, will be available from the Finance Department Front Desk, Lakewood Civic Center, South Building, 480 South Allison Parkway, Lakewood, Colorado, after April 16, 2009. Copies of the Contract Documents may be obtained by depositing $25.00 for each set of Contract Documents, which will be non-refundable.
