Summary of Specifications:
Install Variable Frequency drives on the four main HVAC units at the Lakewood Civic Center Complex. The Contractor is to supply and install the VFD units. The work includes all parts, materials (including mounting boxes, curbs piping, wiring, and communications cards) and labor necessary for the successful completion of the work. The Contractor is responsible for the necessary hoisting equipment (crane) necessary to move the units. The Contractor is responsible for start-up and commissioning.
