ITB-4090 - Clements Community Center Restroom Renovations

This project will completely renovate the main men’s and women’s restrooms on the east end of the Clements Center (440 sq. ft.).  Work includes removal and disposal of all existing finishes and fixtures, reconfiguring plumbing, supply and installation of floor and wall tile, supply and installation of partitions, supply and installation of plumbing and restroom fixtures and accessories, installation of water cooler provided by owner, and supply and installation of lighting in accordance with these specifications and associated plans.
 
Project is to be completed within seventy-five (75) calendar days from the date of Notice to Proceed.
