Summary of Specifications:
Notice is hereby given that the City of Lakewood, Colorado will receive sealed bids for Bid #2871 for: The project will consist of the removal of the existing pool liner at the Green Mountain Recreation Center pool. The pool surface will then be prepared per the manufacturers recommendations for the installation of a Diamond Brite plaster finish. The installation of tile lane marking and wall targets will be included in the work. Replacement of main drain frames and grates is part of the work. Replacement of wall step inserts in included. The project is to include all labor, materials and lifts necessary to complete the project. Bids will be received at the Finance Department Front Desk, 1st Floor, Civic Center South, 480 S. Allison Parkway, Lakewood, Colorado 80226, until 10:00 a.m., (MT) (our clock) on March 19, 2009. Bids will not be accepted after the specified hour and date of bid opening. Bids that are not prepared and filed in accordance with the Instruction to Bidders will be rejected.
