Summary of Specifications:
Trail Spur at Kipling according to City of Lakewood specifications. The project consists of grading, walls, storm drainage and concrete pavement work to provide a trail connection to under a highway bridge and within the Bear Creek floodplain. The entire project lies within CDOT right-of-way and will be subject to State design standards and inspections. Work elements consist of minor site demolition, earthwork, storm drainage, concrete block MSE retaining walls, rip-rap, concrete paving, and fencing.
