Summary of Specifications:
Install a prefabricated Sanolet Enclosure in Lasley Park, 6677 West Florida Avenue, Lakewood, CO 80232. Suggested manufacturers include ‘Litchfield’ or equal. The 8’ x 8’ Enclosure will sit on a 12’ x 12’ concrete pad, and will be connected to an existing sidewalk with a 6’ wide, 20’ long new sidewalk. The contractor shall grade around the site, approximately 315 S.F., and plant (3) trees, and (15) shrubs. A building permit will be required. Concrete, soil, and other testing services will be paid for by the City.
