Summary of Specifications:
Notice is hereby given that the City of Lakewood, Colorado will receive Sealed Proposals for RFP No. 3114 for: 

LOCKBOX OPERATION SERVICES  Proposals will be received through email at danmil@lakewood.org until 2:00 p.m. (our clock), on September 30, 2010. Proposals will not be accepted after the specified hour and date of RFP Closing. Proposals which are not prepared and filed in accordance with the Information to Offerors will be rejected. 

Specifications may be obtained after September 21, 2010 on the Rocky Mountain E-Purchasing System at www.govbids.com. All questions shall be sent in writing to Dan Millard, Purchasing Division, 480 S. Allison Parkway, Lakewood, Colorado, 80226, fax 303-987-7672, email danmil@lakewood.org before 10:00 a.m. MST, on September 27, 2010. 

The City reserves the right to waive any informalities and/or to reject any or all proposals in part or in whole.
