IFB-2588 - McDonnell PArk Site Iimprovements Phase 3

Summary of Specifications:
This project consists of site improvements at a partially developed neighborhood park. Contract requirements also include a separate one-year comprehensive park maintenance contract for the entire park. The proposed sitework generally includes but is not limited to the following: limited tree & shrub removals, clear & grub native grass, earthwork, concrete pavement, edger and footings, chain-link and split-rail fencing, small backstop, erection of prefabricated picnic shelter and san-o-let enclosure, site furnishings, limited site electric, irrigation additions to existing system and landscaping.
