Summary of Specifications:
Procurement Card Services for the City’s Credit Card Program.The successful Offeror must be able to meet both the needs of the CIty and of the City’s Cardholders. The Offeror shall meet all requirements and specifications cited herein. Offerors are encouraged to propose integrated solutions or methodology(ies) that would support the objectives of the City and to provide detailed information on these integrated solutions that will provide the desired results. This RFP affords the oportunity for vendors to propose solutions to the City’s needs and to introduce a broad range of value added services to improve financial and business processes.
