Summary of Specifications:
The City of Lakewood requests Statements of Qualification for the selection of contractors to bid using a CM/GC methodology (Construction Manager/General Contractor)to construct a Head Start child care facility. The City’s architect on this project will be Odell Architects P.C. With the inclusion of Federal Block Grant money, Davis-Bacon wages will be enforced per the Davis-Bacon Act regulations on this project. When completed, the Head Start facility will house full and part-day preschool activities.
