Summary of Specifications:
Establishing a list of pre-approved Contractors to furnish all labor, supervision, equipment, and, as needed, materials necessary to perform tenant finishes, small remodeling and incidental work at various City of Lakewood buildings. Project work will involve interior and exterior work and may include, but not be limited to, demolition, framing, installation and finishing of gypsum board, installation of doorframes doors and door hardware, installation of resilient wall base materials, rough carpentry, finish carpentry, and installation of or modifications to acoustical ceiling panels.
