Summary of Specifications:
Washington Heights Kiln Shelter. The project is located at 6375 West First Avenue, Lakewood, CO 80226. The goal of the project is to build an outdoor gas kiln facility adjacent to the Washington Heights Arts Center, in the parking lot. The project includes: concrete foundation for the custom metal park shelter, concrete steps and “bridge” to the shelter, handrails, custom metal park shelter (15’ w. X 19’ l.), metal enclosure around the kiln with lockable door, electrical power & safety controls, and gas piping (including trenching). Others will supply the propane tank. Re-working the gas piping to the outdoor raku kilns is included. The kiln is provided by the Owner, but will need to be transported to the site and installed.
