Summary of Specifications:
With the recent construction and opening of the RTD West Rail Line, traffic patterns and parking practices have changed significantly and will continue to change for some time in the area near the rail and rail stations. Lakewood citizens that live near the W Rail corridor have expressed concerns about a variety of transportation issues. The City of Lakewood has committed to conduct a traffic study after the West Rail Line begins operations. The Study area generally consists of the area west of Sheridan Boulevard, east of Oak Street, north of W. 10th Avenue and south of W. Colfax Avenue.
