IFB-0009-2011 - 2011 Street Rehabilitation Project - Intersections

Summary of Specifications:
The 2011 Street Rehabilitation Project consists of alternate bids for reconstruction of portions of the intersections of W. Bowles Ave. at S. Lowell Blvd., E. Littleton Blvd. at S. Broadway, and E. Mineral Ave. at S. Broadway in Littleton, Colorado. Bidders are required to submit bids for all schedules, the Owner reserves the right to award any schedule or combination of schedules to one bidder whose total bid for all the schedules awarded is the lowest and best bid. The work consists of removal and replacement of asphalt and concrete pavement; removal and replacement of curb, gutter, sidewalk, curb ramps with truncated domes and cross pans; installation of 15” and 18” storm sewer, manholes, inlets, stormceptor; replacement of traffic loops; related erosion control, utility potholing, pavement marking, construction surveying, and construction traffic control for the construction of intersection improvements.
