IFB-0011-2016 - 2016 Fire Station 11 Remodel Project

Summary of Specifications:
The City of Littleton Fire Station #11 is updating the kitchen equipment and floor finishes of the second floor of Fire Station 11, located at 2255 West Berry Avenue, Littleton, Colorado 80120. The project is divided into three schedules. Schedule A is the kitchen, dining, and dayroom remodel. These three rooms are adjacent and share a common floor. We are retrofitting these rooms with polished concrete and new kitchen cabinets. Schedules B and C include retrofitted polished concrete in the hallways and office areas and will be completed if our budget allows. One contract will be awarded for the entire project.
