HM-IFB-0000000113-2017 - 2021 Sanitary Sewer Replacement Project - City Project No. 21-52

The work will involve replacement, installation, and spot repairs of sanitary sewer pipe and
manholes in various locations within Littleton, Colorado. The project includes thirteen (13)
separate locations of work; consisting of 385 linear feet of 8" PVC pipe, 8 manholes, surface
restoration, verifying active service taps, and the reconnection of 11 existing service taps. Work
is located in both streets and vegetated areas of private properties. Impacted residents have been
contacted, but individual scheduling for access and some resident communication is requried of the
contractor. Bypass pumping and/or flow control and post televising (CCTV) will also be required. 
Traffic control is required
for work within streets.
