Summary of Specifications:
The City of Littleton is replacing the cooling tower that provides heat rejection for the 911 call center heat pump loop. This cooling tower operates continuously on a 24/7 basis. The city has purchased the cooling tower so this project bid is for installation only. Building maintenance staff will deliver the cooling tower to the job site. The address for this project is 2255 West Berry Ave. Littleton, Colorado 80165.
