Summary of Specifications:
City of Littleton Courthouse Paint Project consists of painting the entirety of the exterior of the Littleton Municipal Courthouse; located at 2069 West Littleton Boulevard. This includes all exterior surfaces, less brick and roofing; all surfaces are described in the Project’s Scope of Work. 

Furnish all labor, tools and materials necessary to paint the exterior of the City of Littleton Municipal Courthouse, includes scaffolds, ladders, and manlifts. Perform necessary prep, including but not limited to scraping, cleaning surface, caulking joints, puttying of defects and nail holes, and masking and protecting of non-painted surfaces. Paint doors and jams, window jams, window encasements and trim, door casing, and other architectural trim elements. Paint faces of exterior doors, including jams and casings. Clean up all overspray, remove all waste and rubbish created by work and leave jobsite in manner acceptable to project manager. Paint: BEHR Marque with Primer.
