Summary of Specifications:
The work proposed in this project shall consist of the construction of 2,700 square yards of either full depth asphalt or concrete pavement parking lot; including removal of approximately 395 square yards of asphalt and 175 square yards of concrete; excavation of about 425 cubic yards; installation of 450 lineal feet of 18” reinforced concrete pipe, 3 inlets; 1 manhole; 1,200 lineal feet of curb and gutter, 55 square yards of concrete pans, 36 square yards of sidewalk; installation of 740 lineal feet of electric and 280 lineal feet of irrigation conduits; installation of porous landscaping detention, construction traffic control and erosion control. The work is located at the Littleton Center, 2255 West Berry Avenue, Littleton.
