IFB-0018-2009 - Municipal Courthouse Roofing Project

Summary of Specifications:
The existing roofing system is to be removed and discarded with the exception of the Hip, Ridge and end Caps, which will be salvaged and reshaped to conform to the configuration of the S-Tile roofing system to be installed; then, stripped and painted with KYNAR finish following the scope of work and industry standards and best practices. (Custom color to match existing roofing system.) 

Install new S-Tile roofing system with KYNAR finish using salvaged, reconditioned Hip, Ridge, and end Caps per scope of work. Complying with all local code requirements and scope of work specifications. (Custom color to match existing roofing system.)
