2025-03PW - 2025 Concrete Replacement Project

The City of Lone Tree 2025 Concrete Replacement Project involves the following key elements:

• Approximate Quantities (for all schedules)
  • 42,500 SF of Remove/Replace Concrete Curb and Walk (Monolithic)
  • 23 curb ramps
  • 900 LF of Remove/Replace Median - Curb and Gutter Type 2 (Section IB)
  • 5,050 LF of Remove/Replace Curb and Gutter Type 2 (Section IIB)
  • 12,300 SF of Remove/Replace Concrete Walk
  • 7,510 SF of Remove/Replace Concrete Crosspan
• Scope: The concrete work provided in this scope is to be completed in advance of paving operations across multiple streets in the City of Lone Tree, including:
  • Park Meadows Center Drive
  • Ridge View Neighborhood
  • Acres Green Drive
  • Troon Village Drive
  • County Line Road
• Structure: The contract is schedule-based, enabling the City to adjust by adding or removing individual schedules as needed.
