RFP-LTAC - 002 - Graphic Design

Summary of Specifications:
SCOPE OF SERVICES LTAC requests proposals for the annual, ongoing graphic design services for up to five (5) seasons. The initial term of the graphic design engagement and related contract will be for one (1) year, beginning with the agreed upon start date in the contract; the contract may be renewed annually for not more than four (4) additional one-year periods. 

LTAC is seeking an independent contractor that will handle all graphic design work for the Arts Center, inclusive of performances, visual arts, and community events. Proposers should be experienced in delivering print and digital graphic solutions that can be communicated across multiple mediums. In previous years, LTAC has annually used approximately 250 hours of design and production work with the bulk being production and replication of previously used designs with new content. We anticipate that remaining consistent for calendar year 2016 and beyond.
