Description

The electric standards committee has determined that cable specified is the only one that will be accepted. A lot of effort has been put into this cable and no exceptions/manufactures will be allowed. The city does not guarantee the full amount for purchase. Engineers have speculated that over the next year and a half that 100,000’ will be needed in addition to what we already have in stock. This purchase will be for an indefinite quantity and indefintie delivery.

*City of Longmont (LPC) reserves the right to award partial quantities of
materials specified.
*Warranty information will be required for materials.
*Return and/or exchange procedures and policies will be required.
*Materials shall be priced FOB destination (Longmont, CO 80501).
*Materials are to be stored at the winning bidders’ facility at no charge to the
City of Longmont.
*Materials must be on hand and ready to deliver to the City of Longmont
warehouse. Preference shall be given to distributors who comply with
stocking services at their facility.
*All orders are subject to the City of Longmont Term's and Condition's attached.
