Description

The electric standards committee has determined that cable specified is the only one that will be accepted. A lot of effort has been put into this cable and no exceptions/manufactures will be allowed. The city does not guarantee the full amount for purchase. Engineers have speculated that over the next year and a half that 100,000’ will be needed in addition to what we already have in stock. This purchase will be for an indefinite quantity and indefintie delivery. Pricing shall be firm for 1 year.

materials specified.
*Warranty information will be required for materials.
*Return and/or exchange procedures and policies will be required.
*Materials shall be priced FOB destination (Longmont, CO 80501).
*Materials are to be stored at the winning bidders’ facility at no charge to the
City of Longmont.
*Materials must be on hand and ready to deliver to the City of Longmont
warehouse. Distributors must comply with the requirement to stock material at their facility.
*All orders are subject to the City of Longmont Term's and Condition's attached.
*The City will only accept a firm price for materials.
